Here is the thing about Wayne ... he is BIG. So big, that people will ask you if he is crossed with a great Dane. So big that everyone will feel the need to say to you, when out walking, ‘Wow that he is a big boy’. He is also incredibly handsome … so if you don’t like attention from random strangers, do not adopt Wayne!

Although he is big, Wayne is quite graceful and ‘greyhound elegant’, so he seems smaller than he is when he is inside. Wayne is currently in foster care in a small, inner-city apartment and is doing so well in this environment.
He is super clean and can hold his bladder for a full workday, which his foster Mum really appreciates! He walks beautifully on lead, loves his toys and has adjusted well to being left alone while his foster Mum is at work. Wayne is not bouncy or too excitable, so we think he would be great in a family with kids of all ages (he seems to really like the kids he has met while out and about). He is also a good cafe dog, who is happy to lie down and relax while his people socialise. When at home, Wayne is a typical, cuddly lazy greyhound who is aways in search of the softest spot.

Ad well as being well mannered and affectionate, Wayne can also be very funny. He identifies as a chihuahua and will try to squeeze himself into tiny spaces, like too-small chairs and into people’s laps. He is adorable! Beautiful, well-mannered Wayne won’t last long in foster care, so if you would like to meet this stunning boy, pop in an application!
