Pete is a two-year-old pocket rocket — small (girl-sized!) and beautifully polite.
He adores everyone: dogs of all shapes and sizes, kids, adults… and we even think he could happily live with a confident, bossy cat!
This sweet, soft-natured boy can be a little shy when you first meet him, but give him a moment to feel safe and his cheeky, playful personality starts to sparkle. Once he trusts you, you’ll see just how much fun he really is.
Pete could settle into many different types of homes — with or without another dog — as long as his humans are around more often than not. He’d love a yard to stretch those long legs, but he could also thrive in an apartment if his family is committed to daily adventures and including him in everyday life.
He’s calm on lead, toilet trained, confident on stairs, and overall just a very easy, gentle greyhound to have around. Pete is currently in foster care with his older greyhound “sister,” Nala — and she likes him far more than her previous foster housemates, which says a lot!
